Todd Salvati

Todd Salvati has over a decade of experience in the insurance and aquatics sectors. Currently serving as an Underwriting Account Assistant at Thomas H. Heist Insurance Agency since October 2013, Todd is responsible for customer and carrier communication, document preparation, policy management, and ensuring quality control. Prior to this role, Todd worked as an Administrative Coordinator and Member Services Manager at the Greater Richmond Aquatics Partnership, where responsibilities included creating and managing departments, overseeing facility operations, and supporting marketing initiatives. Todd's proficiency in software such as Applied Epic and Microsoft Office Suite complements a strong background in staff management and customer service. Todd attended Trident Tech for education.
