Brian Manders

Brian Manders has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Brian is currently the Vice President of Global Intelligence & Analytics at Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm. Prior to that, Brian was the Founder of VYV, a role they held from 2021 onwards. Brian also worked at Eastspring Investments as a Manager of Client Service and Sales Support from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Brian held various positions at Heitman from 2009 to 2020, including AVP in Client Service & Marketing and Manager in Client Services & Marketing. Brian also worked as a Marketing Financial Analyst and held roles in Investor Accounting at Heitman. Additionally, Brian gained early experience as an Intern in International Accounting at Best Buy in 2008.

Brian Manders earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 2008. In 2009, they further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Accountancy in Accounting. In April 2019, they also received a Series 7 certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
