Fukuda Yasuko

Fukuda Yasuko is an experienced equity research analyst currently employed at Heitman since August 2018, specializing in J-REIT and Japan developers. Prior to this role, Fukuda worked as an equity analyst at Credit Suisse from June 2015 to July 2018, covering twelve J-REITs along with two construction and two cement companies. Fukuda began the professional career as a junior investment strategist and in individual investor sales at Daiwa Securities from July 2011 to May 2015. Fukuda holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Mathematics from The University of Tokyo, completed in 2011.
