Jeffrey Yurk

Jeffrey Yurk has extensive work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Jeffrey began their career in 1998 as an Analyst at First Security Commercial Mortgage. In 2003, they joined Principal Global Investors as a CMBS Analyst before moving to Heitman in 2004. At Heitman, they held various roles including Senior Analyst, Assistant Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Manager, and currently serves as Managing Director, Co-Head & Portfolio Manager of Public Real Estate Securities. Jeffrey has been with Heitman since 2004.

Jeffrey Yurk obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Jeffrey then pursued an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. In October 2007, they also obtained a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.
