Cameron McLachlan

Cameron McLachlan has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Cameron is currently working as a Software Engineer at Heja since November 2021. Previously, they were a Full Stack Software Developer at Common Ledger from November 2017 to October 2021. At Common Ledger, they gained expertise in various technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Terraform, Docker, Serverless, NodeJS, and more. Their responsibilities included training new team members, participating in design sprints, managing cloud infrastructure, software architecture design, and providing customer support. Cameron also conducted security sessions to educate others.

Cameron McLachlan also worked as a Software Developer at Tourwriter for three months in 2019. In this role, they collaborated with the UX designer, built reusable components, and worked on new features using Node.js and React. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineering Tutor at Victoria University of Wellington in 2017 and as a Sandwich Artist at Subway from 2016 to 2017.
