Petra Riesterer

Petra Riesterer has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Petra is currently the CEO of Hekatron Brandschutz since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Swiss Securitas Group as the Director of Product Management International from January 2017 to January 2022. Before that, they held multiple positions at Hekatron Brandschutz, including Director of Product Management from July 2014 to December 2016, International Product Manager from May 2010 to July 2014, and System Engineer from October 2005 to April 2010. Additionally, Petra worked as a self-employed consultant for Embedded Software-Engineering from February 2005 to December 2005, and as a Project Manager at NewTec GmbH System-Entwicklung und Beratung from November 2000 to January 2005.

Petra Riesterer completed their education with an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from St. Galler Management Institut / Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences, from the year 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering from Duale Hochschule Loerrach, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they acquired the designation of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2020.
