Stephanie Serpico

Stephanie Serpico, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Hekemian & Co., Inc. since May 2023, Stephanie previously held the role of HR Business Partner at CREATIVE SPA MANAGEMENT, LLC from July 2019 to May 2023, where oversight of HR functions for three locations serving over 250 employees was managed. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Coordinator and Operations Manager at The Fountain Spa from October 2011 to July 2019, and various roles in earlier career stages such as Administrative Assistant at Waters, McPherson, McNeill, P.C., Public Relations Intern at American Cancer Society, and Sales Associate at EXPRESS. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Scranton (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey (2009-2013).
