Janseni Kuhanesan

Janseni Kuhanesan currently serves as Company Secretary at Hela Apparel Holdings since 2023, with prior experience as Company Secretary for Browns at LOLC from 2017 to 2023, and as Company Secretary at RIL Property PLC from 2016 to 2017. Janseni held the position of Board Secretary at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka from 2012 to 2016, contributing to the capital markets regulation and development in the country. Additional experience includes serving as Board Secretary at Sri Lanka Tourism from 2010 to 2012 and as Confidential Secretary at Sri Lanka Insurance from 2009 to 2010. Early career roles included working as a Company Secretarial Assistant at Browns & Company PLC from 2006 to 2009 and as a Baggage Services Agent at Sri Lankan Airlines from 2001 to 2004. Janseni holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Buckinghamshire New University and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at Kingston University, alongside an Associate's degree in Company Secretarial from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
