Sven Guzy

Sven Guzy has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of Talent Management at Helaba since March 2006, where the focus involves HR management and fostering employee growth. Previous roles at Helaba include leading the Nachwuchs- und Potenzialmanagement group, which encompasses the recruitment and development of young talent, and providing consultancy in change management and personal development. Sven began the career as a trainee in various HR functions, gaining a solid foundation in personnel development and management. Early professional experience includes an internship at Radio/Tele FFH, where contributions were made in editorial and broadcast technology. Sven holds a Diplom in Economics from Goethe University Frankfurt and has participated in a study abroad program at the University of Newcastle.
