Marta Bertomeu Lloris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, sustainability, and project management within the food industry. Since June 2023, Marta has served as a speaker for EJE&CON, advocating for the diversity and representation of women in leadership roles. Previously, Marta held various positions at HELADOS ESTIU SA, including the role of Head of Innovation and ESG since March 2021, and Head of Purchasing from March 2016 to February 2021. Marta's background includes experience in R&D at Grupo Siro and Zuegg SPA, where responsibilities encompassed project management and product development across multiple countries. In addition to a solid academic foundation in Food Science and Technology from Universitat Politècnica de València, Marta has pursued professional courses related to communication, marketing, innovation, and negotiation.
