Anthony Clark

Anthony Clark has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology and research. Anthony currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Helaina, where they focus on developing human milk proteins for nutritional and immunological advancements in infant formula. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Science Officer at MycoTechnology, Inc. from 2017 to 2022. Additionally, Anthony has held various executive roles at companies like Intrexon Corporation, IFF, Chromocell Corporation, PepsiCo, Firmenich, and Carlsberg Group, where they utilized their expertise in biotechnology and research to drive innovation and growth.

Anthony Clark earned their Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Genetics from the University of Dundee from 1984 to 1988. Anthony continued their education at the University of Leeds, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Molecular Genetics from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts in Status at the University of Cambridge from 1993 to 1996.
