Jim Lord

Jim Lord has served as the Managing Director at Helbling, a ZRG company, since June 1998, where Jim contributes to the development of strategic vision, enhances executive search capabilities, and oversees client and recruitment activities. Previously, Jim held the position of Senior Consultant at a retained executive search firm specializing in the construction and facilities industries, managing client relations and executive search operations. Prior experience includes a role as Group Leader at Development Dimensions International, focusing on talent assessment in a human resources consulting setting. Jim holds an Advanced Certificate for Executive Search and Leadership Consulting from Cornell University's ILR School and a B.A. in Psychology from Duquesne University.
