Cleo Stern

Cleo Stern is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in program management focused on neglected tropical diseases. Currently serving as Program Manager at Helen Keller Intl, Cleo manages USAID's Act to End Neglected Tropical Diseases | West program and the International Trachoma Initiative's Avoidable Blindness Fund, providing support to country teams in Mali, Niger, and Sierra Leone. Previous roles include Program Officer and Program Associate for similar initiatives. Cleo's experience also encompasses legislative research as a Public Health Legislative Intern at the Texas State Capitol, corporate health policy consulting, and international training on mapping projects. Cleo holds a Master of Global Policy Studies and a Master of Public Health, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
