Cleo Stern is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in program management focused on neglected tropical diseases. Currently serving as Program Manager at Helen Keller Intl, Cleo manages USAID's Act to End Neglected Tropical Diseases | West program and the International Trachoma Initiative's Avoidable Blindness Fund, providing support to country teams in Mali, Niger, and Sierra Leone.
