Adriana O. Huitron-Holt has extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and human resources. Adriana O. most recently served as the Global VP of Organizational Development & Culture at Helen of Troy, where they oversaw 1,500 professional associates worldwide. Prior to that, they held roles as the Vice-President/Head of HR Operations & Talent Management at francesca's®, Vice President/Head of Talent Management at ENGIE North America Inc., Executive Director of Global Leadership Acceleration at Laureate International Universities, and HR Business Partner/HR Director at Air Liquide America. Adriana O. also worked as the Organizational Development Manager at Quanex Building Products Corporation and as an Associate HR Business Partner at TriVergent International. In addition, they gained experience as a Human Resources Manager for Unilever and as an Organizational Development Manager for PepsiCo. Adriana has a proven track record in shaping organizational culture, developing talent strategies, and implementing HR initiatives to support business objectives.

Adriana O. Huitron-Holt has a Master of Science in Leadership from Walden University. Adriana O. also holds a B.A in Art from the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes-INBA and a B.S in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
