Lauren Power has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as the Director of External Reporting at Helen of Troy since April 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren held multiple positions at Denbury Inc. from January 2012 to September 2024, including Technical Accounting Manager, SEC Reporting Manager, SEC Reporting Supervisor, Financial Analyst in Investor Relations, and SEC Reporting Analyst. Lauren's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Internal Auditor at Lennox International from September 2010 to December 2011 and as a Senior Auditor at EY from August 2007 to September 2010. Lauren Power holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Texas A&M University.
