Paul Darno is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the consumer healthcare and beauty industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Beauty & Wellness and Corporate Projects at Helen of Troy since February 2025, Paul previously held several prominent positions at Sanofi from January 2003 to January 2025, including Head of Finance for North America Consumer Healthcare and Vice President of Financial Services. Earlier in his career, Paul worked at Lucent Technologies as a Senior Manager and began as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University.
