Troy Hugen

Troy Hugen has extensive experience in manufacturing and management, currently serving as a Manufacturing Consultant and previously as Plant Manager at Helena Industries, Inc. since July 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of a chemical blending and packaging facility. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of General Manager at American Wood Fibers from May 1998 to July 2002, managing multiple divisions focused on process manufacturing and product distribution. Troy Hugen earned a degree in Education, with concentrations in History, Religion, and Physiology from Dordt University from 1983 to 1987.
