Jessica Slater

Jessica Slater is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing, management, and medical coordination. Currently serving as an MDS Coordinator at Bridgemark Healthcare since January 2023, Jessica has also held the position of Medical Management Specialist at W3R Consulting since September 2021. Previous roles include Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing at Bridgemark Healthcare and BMA Management, respectively. Jessica’s extensive experience includes MDS Coordinator at Peterson Healthcare, Administrator/Director at Fox River Apartments, and various nursing positions at several healthcare facilities. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Eastern Illinois University and two Associate of Science degrees in Nursing and Physical Sciences from Olney Central College.
