Sarah Skold

Sarah Skold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources management. Currently serving as Practice Lead and Scrum Master at Helia since March 2022, Sarah previously held various roles at Macquarie Group from July 2007 to September 2021, including Client Insights Manager, Senior Manager of Learning and Development, and Remuneration Adviser, among others. In these positions, Sarah contributed significantly to customer experience, employee development, and remuneration processes for a global workforce. Prior experience includes a Learning & Development Coordinator role at BizEd Services from February 2005 to June 2007. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
