Scott Williams has extensive experience in regulatory risk and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise and Regulatory Risk at Helia since March 2019. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Head of Compliance and Governance at StatePlus from August 2015 to February 2019, during which time the company underwent a rebranding to enhance client experience. Earlier career stages included a role as Compliance and Governance Manager at Challenger Limited from October 2010 to July 2015, as well as serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Russell Investments between 2008 and 2010.
