Jorge Almeida

Jorge Almeida is an experienced pilot with a comprehensive background in both helicopter and airplane operations. Currently serving as an Offshore Pilot for Heliconia Aero Solutions since October 2023, Jorge previously held the position of HEMS Pilot for Avincis from March 2023 to October 2023. Prior to that, Jorge was a HEMS Pilot at Babcock International Group from June 2018 to March 2023 and worked as a Pilot and Chief Flight Instructor at World Aviation Helicopters from October 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, Jorge provided instruction at the G Air Training Centre from 2014 to 2016 and served as a Pilot in the Portuguese Air Force from 2005 to 2013.
