Justine Lewis, CDP®, serves as the Senior Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager at Thompson Hine LLP, focusing on the management of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and initiatives. With extensive experience in the legal industry, Justine has held notable roles, including Senior National Inclusion & Diversity Manager at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Senior Manager of Professional Personnel and Compliance at Dykema. Active in professional organizations, Justine has contributed to NALP as a co-chair and vice-chair in various capacities related to diversity initiatives and has also participated in the Professional Development Consortium and the Chicago Association of Legal Professional Administrators. Justine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus and an Associate's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
