Tara Costello

Tara Costello currently serves as the Chief Quality Officer at Helio Health, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tara held the position of Executive Director at The Kelberman Center from May 2020 to December 2022 and served as Vice President of Behavioral Health Services at Upstate Cerebral Palsy from May 2014 to May 2020. Additionally, Tara was the Director of Substance Abuse Services for Oneida County Government from September 2008 to May 2014 and worked as a Substance Abuse Therapist at Rome Memorial Hospital from September 2001 to September 2008. Tara holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University at Albany (2011 - 2015), a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Utica University (1997 - 1999), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Chemical Dependency from Mohawk Valley Community College.
