Justin Chen Li is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, business development, and leadership within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Helio Genomics since 2017, Justin integrates AI and epigenomics to advance cancer treatment. In February 2024, Justin assumed roles as General Manager and Vice President of Finance & Business Development at the Terasaki Institute for Biomedical Innovation. As a Venture Partner at SC Master Fund, Justin focuses on investments in leading venture capital firms and startups in Southern California. Additionally, Justin is a member of the CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County and previously served as a board member for Sprightly Health. Prior to these roles, Justin held various positions at FactSet and Phillips 66, honing expertise in consulting and derivatives analysis. Justin holds an MBA in Healthcare from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado.
