Susie Chang

Susie Chang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Susie started their career in politics, working for the United States Senate as a Legislative Assistant from 1993 to 1994, and then joining the U.S. House of Representatives as a Legislative Director from 1995 to 1997. In 2001, they transitioned to the private sector and joined BearingPoint, where they held various roles and worked on consulting engagements for clients such as AOL, FCC, MCI, SBC Communications, and Orange Business Services.

In 2006, Susie joined Ventera Corporation as the Director of Operations, Communications, and Financial Services, where they oversaw the financials and staffing of the Communications Business Unit and managed projects for clients including Nextel, Sprint, and Fannie Mae. Susie then joined Rosetta Stone in 2009 as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed large-scale projects and the Commercial Program portfolio, focusing on e-commerce websites, customer support and call center applications, and integration of international offices.

Susie's next role was at the University of Maryland University College in 2012, where they served as the Senior Director of Portfolio & Project Management. Susie was responsible for the project management and delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives, including a $2.9M Salesforce CRM implementation. Susie then moved on to become the Special Assistant to the President for Lead Management, driving significant growth in new student conversion. Susie was later promoted to Vice President of Student Recruitment, where they managed a department of 80+ admissions counselors and support staff and led a redesign of the university's lead management processes.

Most recently, Susie worked at HelioCampus, starting in 2017 as the Director of Implementation Services and later being promoted to Vice President of Client Success in 2018.

Susie Chang has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, with a focus on International Trade & Politics, from Whitworth University. Susie also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Both degrees were obtained within the timespan not provided.
