Esteban Hufstedler

Esteban Hufstedler is a Senior Simulation and Analysis Engineer at Heliogen, where focus is placed on developing carbon-free, ultra-high temperature heat technology to replace fossil fuels in industrial processes. Prior experience includes independent research on transformational cartography, a postdoctoral fellowship in AI and aerodynamics at Université catholique de Louvain, and a graduate research role at California Institute of Technology, where vortex-gust generation systems were studied. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Caltech, as well as master's degrees in Fluid Dynamics from École Polytechnique and Aeronautics from Caltech, along with a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
