Hans Smeele Med

Hans Smeele MEd has extensive experience in education, particularly in special needs and technology integration within teaching. Currently serving as a Docent / Onderzoeker / Adviseur Teaching Learning & Technology at Heliomare, Hans has also contributed as a freelance journalist for IPON magazine, writing reviews on educational software. Previous roles include serving as a Beleidsadviseur Onderwijsinnovatie en Technologie at Hogeschool Inholland, a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, and various teaching positions in special education at Heliomare and other institutions. Hans holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education and a Master's degree in Special Education Needs, and has actively engaged in improving education practices through technology and personalized learning strategies.
