Wanda van Kerkvoorden

Wanda van Kerkvoorden is a co-founder and partner at SOLV Advocaten, where expertise includes complicated ICT contracts, outsourcing, cloud sourcing, software compliance, e-commerce, and privacy law, with a special interest in technological developments. In addition to their role at SOLV, Wanda serves as chairperson of the supervisory board for both Heliomare and Nederlands Fotomuseum, and is a member of the supervisory board of GGN. Wanda co-founded VraagHugo, a tech startup providing legal advice and documents to SMEs, and is a partner at IncPlus. Previously, Wanda held positions such as founding partner at Allchiefs and chairman of the supervisory board at BNNVARA. Wanda's education includes a law degree from Radboud University and various postgraduate qualifications in ICT law, governance, and mediation.
