Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Program Manager at Helion since December 2022, Traci designs clinical program solutions and strategies to enhance patient outcomes across a four-state footprint. Prior to this role, Traci was a Complex Case Manager at Highmark Health, contributing to the strategic vision and clinical roadmap for corporate workgroups. Traci has held various positions, including Complex Case Manager at Highmark Inc., Senior Clinical Quality Management Analyst at Gateway Health, Nurse Navigator at Allegheny Health Network, Health Coach at Highmark Inc., Patient Placement Supervisor at West Penn Allegheny Health System, and Clinical Supervisor at Allegheny General Hospital. Traci holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh.
