Rowell Ducay

Rowell Ducay is an accomplished Facilities Manager at Helion, leading efforts to establish the world's first fusion power plant focused on clean energy. With a solid background in engineering program management at Fred Hutch from 2018 to 2024, Rowell managed compliance programs across multiple buildings while overseeing electrical safety and maintenance operations. Experience in the US Navy included roles such as Inspector/Instructor and Project Manager, where Rowell demonstrated expertise in electrical maintenance, training, and project oversight across various naval commands. Educational achievements include studies at Coastline College and Franklin High School.
