Zach Ballantyne

Zach Ballantyne currently serves as the Senior Manager of Production at Helion since May 2023. Previously, Zach held various leadership roles at PCC Aerostructures from August 2015 to May 2023, including Technical Director, where management responsibilities encompassed Quality, Engineering, CNC Programming, and Continuous Improvement with a team exceeding 75 employees in a high-revenue aerospace manufacturing environment. Zach's earlier experience at DuPont involved roles as a Manufacturing Engineer, with focus areas in crop protection and electronics, contributing to multiple continuous improvement projects and process optimization efforts, while also gaining insights into process safety management. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 2013.
