Mathias Bach Poulsen

Mathias Bach Poulsen is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of API production at LEO Pharma since December 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing various API production units and the operational readiness of a new fully automated production facility. Prior to this role, Mathias held several positions at Novo Nordisk from May 2012 to November 2017, including Department Head of API fermentation and Associate Manager of API EM&WFI support. Academic credentials include a PhD obtained at the University of Aarhus and Tufts University and studies at Aarhus University, complemented by leadership experience as Chairman and Vice-chairman of the Danish Youth Organization of Science.
