Aidan O'Keeffe

Aidan O'Keeffe is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at Helios since March 2024, focusing on innovation at the intersection of people and technology in the HR and payroll sectors. Previously, Aidan held the position of Director of Product at Atlas from May 2022 to March 2024, overseeing a comprehensive product strategy across various functions including core HR and global payroll while managing a global team of product managers and UX designers. Aidan's experience also includes roles as Director of Development at Atlas, Lead Product Manager at immedis, and Assistant VP - Product Manager at HedgeServ, alongside earlier positions in fund accounting and middle office at BNP Paribas. Aidan began a professional football career with clubs such as St. Patrick’s Athletic and Bohemian FC, and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin, complemented by a diploma in Sports Journalism.
