Sergey Khaladzinski

Sergey Khaladzinski has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Sergey began their career as a PHP Developer at B.S. Electronics Corp., where they designed and developed internet web sites for multiple auto dealerships, including on-line inventories and a customers' feedback system. In 2007, they moved to Oddcast as a Software Engineer, where they were a core developer of the company's main products, Voki and SitePal. Sergey also developed internal and external APIs for systems with large growing user bases, and created a sound alteration system. From 2008 to 2017, they held various roles at Mansueto Ventures, including Operations, Senior Web Developer, and Web Developer. During this time, they were responsible for major legacy CMS migrations, setting up Datadog dashboards, replacing custom bootstrap and provisioning scripts with Chef, designing and implementing a migration strategy, configuring and utilizing services such as SolrCloud, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Node, Nginx, Zookeeper, Twemproxy, GlusterFS, and FuseFS, developing and deploying a unified authentication system, and doing performance enhancements for the website. Since 2019, they have been the CTO of The Helios Companies, LLC.

Sergey Khaladzinski attended State Technical University, Brest, Belarus from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a B.S. degree. In 2009, they completed a Performance Optimization for MySQL with InnoDB and XtraDB course at Percona MySQL training.
