Marzel Harris

Marzel Harris has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Marzel most recently worked as a Workday Consultant at Helios Consulting Inc starting in July 2021. Prior to that, Marzel worked at Polaris Industries for seven years as a Sr. HRIS Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for configuring and maintaining the HCM Workday modules, custom report writing, and providing day-to-day system support. Marzel also led the bi-annual Workday update process and communicated system changes to end users. Before their time at Polaris Industries, Marzel was a Project Manager - Human Resources at Life Time Fitness, where they managed HR projects related to Workday and HCM functionality. Marzel also held the role of HR Specialist at the same company. Marzel's earlier experience includes an internship at the Minnesota Timberwolves and serving as a Director at Skyhawks Sports Academy.

Marzel Harris attended Eastview High School from 1998 to 2002, but did not earn a degree or focus on any particular field of study during that time. Subsequently, Marzel enrolled at Augsburg University from 2002 to 2006, majoring in Psychology and specializing in Sports Psychology and Behavior Psychology. In addition to these psychology courses, Marzel also studied subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Sociology, and Religion.
