Lara Coady has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lara began their career in 2006 as a Design Engineer at Drawn Metal Ltd, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Design Team Leader at Multiforms LLC. In 2011, Lara joined Aggreko as a Senior Product Design Engineer, and later became the Principal Engineer - Performance Management from 2013 to 2016. Their most recent role was at Helios Towers, where they initially served as the Group Customer Programme Manager from 2016 to 2019. Later, they became the Head of Performance Engineering from 2019 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Director of Operations & Engineering starting from April 2022.

Lara Coady completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds from 2002 to 2005. Lara then pursued a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Ohio State University in 2013 to 2014. Prior to their university education, they attended Sutton Coldfield Grammar School from 1995 to 2002.
