Martin Massawe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security risk management across various sectors in Tanzania. Currently serving as Security Manager at Helios Towers since May 2017, Martin also oversees Security Risk Management and Governance at Airtel Tanzania and leads Security and Investigation Management at BancABC. Previous roles include Head of Fraud Risk Management at Barclays Tanzania and Manager of Security and Investigation at CBA Group. Martin's career began with the Tanzania Police Force as a Detective Inspector. Academically, Martin holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Laws in Cyber/Computer Forensics and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, showcasing a strong foundation in both legal and process management disciplines.
