Ousman Touray

Ousman Touray is a Portfolio Manager at Helios Towers, overseeing telecoms infrastructure projects in Congo Brazzaville, Congo Kinshasa, Senegal, and Oman. Ousman is also the Founder of Phioneers, a social impact organization focused on providing eco-friendly homes for Africans in poverty. With a background in engineering project management, Ousman has experience working on large infrastructure projects in various capacities, from Project Engineer to Director. Ousman holds a Master of Science in Engineering Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering, among other qualifications.
