Prior to Helios Towers, Rajab held positions at Huawei Technologies, Millicom International Cellular (Tigo), Ericsson, and Celtel - Zain Tanzania. Rajab holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam.
