Raymond Joosten

Raymond Joosten is an experienced Project Buyer with a demonstrated history in procurement and project management. Currently employed at Heliox since September 2021, Raymond participates in tender processes and oversees essential production and purchasing activities within project teams. Prior experience includes roles at VDL Apparatenbouw and Croonwolter&dros, where responsibilities entailed sourcing a wide range of materials for diverse projects and optimizing contractual conditions for maintenance and repair services. Initially starting at HVL, Raymond advanced from an assistant buyer to various roles including service and maintenance technician. Education includes completion of NEVI 1 and NEVI MIL certifications between 2006 and 2009.
