Ijeoma Oyeyinka

Ijeoma is an experienced Talent Manager and Management Consultant with a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Ibadan. She began her career at Phillips Consulting and was most recently the Head of Talent Management at Troyka Nigeria. Ijeoma improves Helium's business by developing, cascading, and monitoring talent strategy, and structuring integrated HR systems for company-wide deployment.
