James Tate is a skilled technician with extensive experience in the motorsport industry. Currently employed at Integral Powertrain since April 2022, James previously held the positions of Wind Tunnel Technician and Graduate Wind Tunnel Technician at Williams Racing from September 2019 to April 2022. James also served as the Number 2 Mechanic at Strakka Racing from August 2017 to September 2019 and worked as a Mechanic at Corinium Motorsport from December 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included preparing, maintaining, and setting up cars for race and test events in national championships. James holds a degree in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Engineering from the University Technical College of Central Bedfordshire, completed from 2013 to 2015.
