Victoria Burnette

Victoria Burnette, Esq. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Victoria'smost recent position is as the Regional Director of Helix Bar Review Engagement at AccessLex Institute. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at Lee/Shoemaker PLLC. In 2018, Victoria joined ChasenBoscolo Injury Lawyers as an Attorney, where they collaborated with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies. Victoria also served as a Law Clerk at the same firm. Before that, they gained experience as a Law Fellow at The Spiggle Law Firm, where they performed legal research and handled the discovery process. Victoria also worked as a Student Assistant at Howard University School of Law and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable William Nooter at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Victoria held a Legal and Compliance Internship role at FS Card Inc., where they researched usury laws to ensure compliance. Additionally, they served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Anthony J. Trenga at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Early in their career, Victoria worked as a Legal Assistant II at Gwinnett County Government and held various roles at Georgia Southern University, including Community Liaison and Peer Facilitator.

Victoria Burnette, Esq. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Georgia Southern University in the period of 2010-2013. Victoria pursued further education at Howard University School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2015-2018. Victoria also holds additional certifications, including the District of Columbia Bar from the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, obtained in 2019, and a Family Law Certificate from Howard University School of Law.
