Carl Mulkern

Carl Mulkern is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in management and project oversight. Currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Joint Managing Director at Helix Group since July 2017, Carl has held various leadership roles throughout a career spanning over two decades. Prior positions include Contracts Manager at Hill Partnerships, Construction Manager and Contracts Manager at Durkan, and multiple managerial roles at Willmott Dixon, where Carl progressed from a Management Trainee to Operations Manager. Academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from the University of Westminster and an HND in Construction Studies from Nottingham Trent University.
