Nagendra Kumar is an experienced technology leader and co-founder who currently serves as Chief Personalization Pioneer and Chief Technology Officer at Gleen since May 2022, focusing on using Large Language Models to enhance customer success and reduce support costs. Prior to Gleen, Nagendra held various engineering leadership roles at Facebook, where contributions included overseeing Business Messaging product growth and developing the Messenger platform's Bot building framework. Additional experience includes leading engineering teams at Uber for scaling payment solutions and at Microsoft, contributing to developer analytics systems. Early career experience at Brocade involved software engineering for storage area network switches.
