Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Helix Traffic Solutions, LLC, Robbie focuses on transforming managers into strong leaders through various coaching and feedback tools. With a background in personnel advisory and personnel management, Robbie has a proven track record of training and developing over 10,000 sailors and civilian workforce in the Navy. Graduating from the Senior Enlisted Academy, Robbie is dedicated to shaping future leaders within the organization.
