Quince Lunde is an Enterprise Applications Manager at Helix Water District, overseeing ERP and GIS software projects since October 2002. Prior to this role, Quince worked as a Senior GIS Programmer Analyst at San Diego Data Processing Corporation, focusing on water and wastewater GIS applications for the City of San Diego. Quince holds a BA in Geography from San Diego State University, specializing in Methods of Geographical & Spatial Data Analysis.

Our 50 square mile service area begins eight miles east of downtown San Diego and includes the cities of La Mesa, Lemon Grove and El Cajon, and areas of Spring Valley, Santee, Lakeside and unincorporated San Diego County.
