Paul Freeman

Paul Freeman is an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager at the City of Jacksonville since November 2015, overseeing the maintenance and support of over 300 mission-critical applications for internal customers and residents. Previously, Paul served as Technology Project Lead Senior at JEA from September 2013 to October 2015 and held multiple roles including Assistant Information Technologies Officer and Application Development Manager at the City of Jacksonville from May 2006 to September 2013. Paul holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from the University of North Florida.
