Joseph Conrey

Joseph Conrey has an extensive background in product development, service delivery, sales process excellence, customer success strategy, and operations engineering. Joseph began their career in 2000 as a Regional Manager at Tata Communications, where they coordinated training for Regional Managers and calculated average weighted cost, cost inventory list, and customer floor prices for designated regions. In 2004, they moved to InfiniRoute Networks, Inc. as an Operations Engineer, deploying and provisioning Tier 1 customers and vendors.

Joseph then returned to Tata Communications in 2006 as Director of Sales Process Excellence and Customer Success Group - Strategy, where they were responsible for ensuring optimization of effectiveness and efficiency of the sales processes through process monitoring, process control, and continual process improvement. Joseph also served as Director of GVS Business Evolution, overseeing the management, communication, and productivity of the Global Voice Services Routing Domain.

Most recently, Joseph worked at Syntegra Systems (F.K.A Pareteum) from 2018 to 2022 as Global Operations - Service Delivery, where they were involved in full onboarding of MVNO cloud customers on paretuem.app, creating and executing best practices for Cloud Project Methodology, and providing technical solution overviews, REST API integration, portal deployment, and mobility product knowledge transfer. Joseph is currently working at Helix Wireless as Senior Director of Product Development, where they are responsible for leading and overseeing the product development cycles.

Joseph Conrey obtained an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College. Joseph then attended The Chubb Institute from 1999 to 2000, studying Computer Technical Support. In addition, they hold four certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org obtained in 2012, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) from Scrum.org obtained in 2011, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in 2011, and Business Excellence Leadership Program (BELP) from Tata Business Excellence Group (TBExG) obtained in 2010.
