Jyoti Gogna

Jyoti Gogna is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in administration and recruitment. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources & Administration at HelixSense since March 2022, Jyoti previously held the same title at BigShip from July 2020 to February 2022, overseeing HR and administration for an eCommerce solutions provider. Jyoti's earlier roles include Assistant Manager of Recruitment at Bean HR Consulting, and Manager of HR at HYPE Club. With prior experience as Assistant Manager in HR at AMAN and Globerian India Private Limited, Jyoti has developed a comprehensive skill set in human resources management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the All India Management Association, where Jyoti is actively enrolled.
